About Me

Hey! My name is Heather Justice. I live in Greenville, South Carolina, and I’m a mom of four, ages 25 to 13. I’m also a life coach-in-training, a nurse by trade turned businesswoman, and someone who’s experienced my fair share of big life transitions. I work full-time in biotechnology sales, and I truly love what I do. I also find deep fulfillment in coaching others through their own journeys of change and self-discovery.

I lost my dad when I was nine. I’ve been through two divorces. I’ve made difficult choices parenting my kids and rebuilding our lives. I’ve raised a family, built an online business, and spent years working in biotechnology and medical device sales—balancing personal growth, grief, and the tough questions we often avoid until life forces them to the surface.

I have come to understand that life is complicated and full of unexpected turns. I am learning how to meet people where they are, without judgment or expectation. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I’m here to help you navigate yours with compassion and understanding.

So yes, technically I’m becoming a life coach (through the Martha Beck Institute). But honestly, that doesn’t fully capture what I do.

What I really offer is a space for people going through change—the kind of change that shakes you up and makes you question who you are and what you want next.

I work with people who say things like:

“I don’t know who I am anymore.”
“I want to do the next right thing—but I have no idea what that is.”
“I should have figured this out by now.”

Here’s what I’ve learned: You already have the answers.
Sometimes, you just need someone to help you hear them again.

That’s what I’m here for.
Not to fix you. Not to give you a step-by-step plan.
But to walk with you as you reconnect with yourself and move in the direction that feels true for you.

No performance. No pretending.
Just a space to be honest, ask the hard questions, and take real steps forward.
